CastArab's verified badge is the foundation of trust on our platform. This policy explains how verification works, what data is collected, and how it is protected.
Actors share sensitive personal information on CastArab — photos, physical attributes, and willingness flags. Directors invest significant time searching for the right talent. Verification protects both sides: actors know they are dealing with real, legitimate professionals, and directors know they are searching among genuine, real people.
To receive a Verified Actor badge, you must:
Optional but recommended: uploading a Cinema or Television Syndicate membership card accelerates the verification process and adds credibility to your profile.

All director accounts are manually reviewed before access to the actor database is granted.
After submission, our team reviews your documents within 48 hours. You will receive an email notification once your account is approved or if additional information is required. During this period, your profile may be visible but will be marked as "Verification Pending".

We recommend — and upon request will action — the deletion of verification documents once your account has been approved. To request deletion of your documents after verification, email verify@castarab.com.
If your verification is rejected, you will receive an email explaining why and how to resubmit. Common reasons for rejection include unclear document photographs, name mismatches, or insufficient proof of professional legitimacy for director accounts.
