Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which CastArab offers refunds for subscription payments.

Subscription Payments

CastArab offers monthly and annual subscription plans for Actor Pro accounts. Director accounts are always free and are never billed. All subscription payments are processed securely through Stripe.

When Refunds Are Available

We offer a full refund in the following circumstances:

• Within 7 days of first payment: If you are unsatisfied with your subscription and have not yet used the platform's premium features, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your first subscription payment.
• Technical failure: If a technical error on our part caused a duplicate charge or incorrect billing.
• Verification rejection: If your account was rejected during verification and you had already been charged a subscription fee, you are entitled to a full refund.

When Refunds Are Not Available

• After 7 days from the first payment date
• For any renewal payments (you must cancel before renewal to avoid being charged)
• If your account was suspended or terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Use
• For partial months — subscriptions are not prorated upon cancellation

How to Cancel

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation stops future charges — your access continues until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for the remaining days in a billing cycle.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email support@castarab.com with your account email address and the reason for your request. Eligible refunds are processed within 5–10 business days and returned to the original payment method.

Disputes

If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact us before initiating a dispute with your bank. We will resolve eligible cases promptly and fairly.
